First off, I'd like to point out that this is crazy good. Then, I'd like to explain why. xD

Vivid. This piece is so strikingly vivid, it's hard even to describe. It seems a bit of a paradox to claim that motion blurs can add to the sharp effect of a picture, but I find that it's only true.

The colours in this piece were chosen nicely. The sky being a certain shade crossed between bleu, sea-green, and even tainted grey contrasts perfectly the cobblestone ground.

Overall, this piece has an effect of the camera rapidly zooming in on the two people down at the other end of the bridge or pier, something that one might expect to find as a lucky screenshot from a movie clip. Fantastic, really.
